When I look at how most financial institutions handle Know Your Customer (KYC) processes, the pattern is almost always the same.

Customers struggle to submit the right documents. Compliance teams spend hours reviewing incomplete applications. Operations teams chase missing paperwork. And regulators expect strict traceability for every decision.

The result is a system that is slow, expensive, and frustrating for everyone involved.
